Înainte de 1989, turismul balnear din peste 30 de staţiuni balneo-climaterice aducea la buget câştiguri semnificative. După privatizările de după revoluţie, doar 5 staţiuni au rămas în subordinea statului şi au ajuns precum Govora, în paragină, ca şi cele privatizate de altfel. De ce?
